Can i use SXBandMaster as auto dialer?

Hi ! I am using my phone (Nokia 6630) as a modem to connect to the internet. And i have an unlimited service plan. So i am using my phone as modem as long as i can. But the problem is I can't stay connected as often due to power failure and other reasons the dial up connection drops and i couldnt make it redial autometically. I need a software to dial a connection when windows starts Can sxbandmaster do this for me?

1. Create a Dialing Session. Select your Windows dialing preset.
2. Set Time Assignment to Relative.
3. In Relative Time Settings set Session Run Time is Relative to SXBandMaster Start Time (if SXBandMaster runs on Windows start up, it starts dialing on Windows start up too).
4. Set additional Parameters (redialing times etc).
